About me
I'm Pulkit Ganjoo, founder of Aumra (legal entity Onkar Real Estate LLC), a RERA-licensed Dubai brokerage built on transaction data.
My wife and I bought our first Dubai property in 2023 and our second in 2024. No tool answered the questions we actually had. So I did the analysis myself, from DLD records, in spreadsheets. Aumra is that process, built into a platform.
