Hello! I’m Rebecca - a proud Dubai resident and the Branch Manager for Exclusive Links in Dubailand.
I began my career managing retail sales teams in the UK before moving to Dubai in 2009. I then worked in retail management across the Middle East, both in the local market and travel retail, before taking the leap into real estate in 2020 - and I’ve never looked back.
Customer care has always been at the heart of my career. I take real pride in simplifying what can often feel like a daunting process, ensuring every client feels informed, comfortable and confident from start to finish. I specialise mainly in villa communities and, as a Victory Heights resident, I love getting involved with community events and initiatives - supporting my neighbours with their real estate needs as well as welcoming new residents to the communities I know and love.
Working with buyers to help them find their perfect home energises me, and I’m equally committed to mentoring and supporting my team. Empowering people, raising performance and nurturing a positive, high-trust culture is what I do best.
Now leading a dynamic team in Dubailand, my focus is on raising standards and maintaining a culture rooted in honesty, clarity, accountability and results.
