About me
I started in Dubai real estate in 2017. Since then I have worked through the full cycle: the soft market before 2020, the pandemic reset, and the surge that followed. That history shapes how I work. I don't sell on momentum. I sell on numbers.
Every property I take on is priced against verified DLD transaction data, not against what other listings are asking. Sellers get a realistic price that attracts serious buyers. Buyers get an honest read on whether a unit is fair value, overpriced, or a genuine opportunity. When a deal doesn't make sense, I say so.
My work spans the full spectrum of Dubai property:
• Resale and investment assets: apartments, villas and townhouses, as well as larger assets such as full buildings and development plots, for private buyers, investors and private family funds.
