About me
Having started my career in real estate at the age of 17, I have developed nearly three years of hands-on experience in the Dubai property market while being among the youngest active brokers in the UAE. During this time, I have facilitated multiple transactions across a wide range of communities and developed a detailed understanding of the secondary market, including pricing dynamics, negotiation strategies, and transaction procedures.
Born and raised in the UAE, I have witnessed Dubai’s rapid growth firsthand and developed a strong familiarity with the city’s different communities and their evolving investment potential. This perspective allows me to guide clients toward opportunities that align with both their financial goals and long-term market trends.
I primarily focus on the secondary residential market, where accurate pricing, strong negotiation, and market timing play a crucial role in successful transactions. My goal is to help sellers position their properties competitively while assisting buyers and investors in identifying well-priced opportunities within the market.
Alongside my work in real estate, I am currently pursuing a double major in Computer Science and Mathematics. This academic background allows me to approach property transactions with a structured, analytical, and data-driven mindset, helping clients evaluate opportunities through market comparisons, pricing analysis, and objective investment metrics.
