About me
I started my working journey in 2009 in India and I worked in many areas and fields in my home country. I came to the UAE in 2015 and worked as a Team Leader in a reputed collection agency which name is Taheel (HKDC) I served 4.5 years of service to the company. In 2019 July I moved to work in Real Estate and worked as an Admin and the same company and lately Sales Consultant to grow more. I am working for all areas and covering full Sharjah and some parts of Ajman areas.
I love my job as I am getting experience and how to deal with clients and fulfill clients' requirements. I am dealing with renting and selling plots, villas, and apartments.
Strong skills Facilitating negotiations between owner, tenant, and buyers and sellers. Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met. Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses. Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
