Since 2021, I have been working in the real estate sector, and I am currently with Al Arfeen Real Estate.
In my opinion, becoming a successful real estate agent means starting from scratch and being prepared to learn through experience. New agents are not always going to be told exactly what to do, where to be, or how to handle every situation. I believe my role is to provide direction, guidance, and encouragement, but ultimately, each agent must have the drive, tenacity, discipline, and self-control necessary to succeed in this profession.
Real estate requires more than simply selling properties. It requires strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, as well as the ability to build relationships, understand clients' needs, and remain persistent in a competitive environment.
Success in this industry comes from taking initiative, staying consistent, continuing to learn, and having the determination to keep moving forward even when things become challenging.
