About me
Tomas is a qualified member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with 6 years’ experience in commercial real estate and holds a First Class Honours Degree from Ulster University in Belfast.
Tomas had worked in the UK for a number of years before moving to Dubai and represented a range of international and national companies in office and industrial transactions.
Whilst in Dubai Tomas specialises in free zone industrial instructions and assists with the office and retail agency transactions for Cavendish Maxwell. This includes various tenant and landlord representation mandates and acting on behalf of international companies all throughout the Emirate of Dubai.
