About me
Originally from Ludhiana, Punjab, India, Vish brings an international perspective to Dubai real estate, having built his career across India, Australia and the UAE.
Based in Dubai since April 2026, he specialises in Business Bay, helping clients navigate one of the city’s most dynamic property and investment destinations.
Before entering real estate, Vish spent more than seven years in luxury hospitality in Australia, working with leading brands including Marriott International, Accor, IHG and Pan Pacific. His experience in leadership, customer service, negotiation and client relations has shaped his service-led approach to property.
Vish holds a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management and is fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi. Known for his honest advice, attention to detail and commitment to long-term relationships, he helps clients make confident property decisions.
Outside work, Vish enjoys the gym, exploring Dubai’s communities and restaurants, creating real estate content, following Real Madrid and keeping up with property market trends.
