About me
Wael brings nearly two decades of combined experience to every client relationship: ten years in engineering and ten years in Dubai real estate. That mix gives him an unusually technical, numbers-first approach to property.
Before co-founding Lumen Realty, Wael held senior leadership roles at established Dubai brokerages. He served as Head of Sales, leading a team of around 40 agents, and later as Head of Brokerage, overseeing commercial, off-plan and secondary market divisions. He has advised buyers, sellers, investors and landlords across every stage of the market.
With formal training in financial planning and analysis and hands-on experience in mortgage advisory, Wael helps clients look past the asking price. He focuses on yield, financing structure, payment plans and exit strategy, so each decision is backed by data rather than sales pressure.
