He is the Founder and CEO of Prime Property Auctions LLC – OPC, the first and only licensed real-estate auction house in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
Under his leadership, Prime Property Auctions (PPA) has become a regional benchmark for transparent, compliant, and technology-driven property transactions, offering both on-site and online auction services fully regulated by RAK DED, RERA, and the RAK Municipality.
Wael drives the development of RAK.auction and property-auction.ae, two flagship digital platforms designed to position Ras Al Khaimah as the UAE’s leading hub for transparent, technology-driven real-estate auctions. These initiatives reflect his long-term vision to digitize and regionalize property auction services across the UAE and GCC by 2030.
