About me
With nearly two decades of experience in Dubai real estate, Wajid Sabir is a seasoned property advisor, entrepreneur and business leader with an in-depth understanding of one of the world’s most dynamic property markets since 2007.
Having worked with leading real estate brokerages in Dubai and navigated multiple market cycles, Wajid went on to co-found a real estate brokerage in 2020 as an equal partner. After six years of building and growing the business, he successfully exited his shareholding in 2026 and subsequently founded Miranova Real Estate, where he serves as CEO.
Today, Wajid advises private investors, business owners, high-net-worth individuals and end-users on carefully selected opportunities across Dubai, with expertise spanning off-plan investments, luxury residential properties, secondary-market acquisitions and portfolio strategy.
His approach is distinctly advisory rather than transactional. Every conversation begins with understanding the client’s objectives, investment horizon and expectations—not with a property that needs to be sold.
