Al Khalidiya is a central area with everything you need. Parks, supermarkets, and malls are all around you, and commuting is a breeze thanks to its location at the heart of the city and the abundance of buses and taxis. The area is extremely family-friendly with its parks and playgrounds and has a very lively atmosphere.

The building is very clean. As the balcony doors are sealed properly, traffic sounds are not very high. Maintenance team is available within the building. Rooms are spacious. Balconies are a bit congested . There is no pool. Parking facility is good.
