Al Khalidiya is a central area with everything you need. Parks, supermarkets, and malls are all around you, and commuting is a breeze thanks to its location at the heart of the city and the abundance of buses and taxis. The area is extremely family-friendly with its parks and playgrounds and has a very lively atmosphere.
Al Ain Tower has personally been a dream home to me. The concierge and staff are fabulous. Maintenance addresses issues quickly. Amazing rooftop pool, gym, hot tub and spa. Conveniently located 1 block from Corniche main beach. Downstairs provides a children's park, basketball court, coffee shops, grocery stores, dry cleaning and restaurants. I would highly recommend Al Ain Tower. Traffic can be congested around the "square" at normal busy peek times. 1 parking space is allotted. Visitors can park if security is notified ahead of time with visitor and car details. Unfortunately, the rent is on the HIGH side. The building is no longer under FAB and has a new property management company that some tenants have had issues with.
This building is one of the best in Abu Dhabi, amazing staff, great views and easy accessibility with lots of F&B places around it.
This building is one of a kind in the capital, the staff and the maintenance are amazing, facilitates as well, they provide guest parking after 5:00 pm only and not for overnight guests, the traffic around the building could be annoying sometimes due to cars parked for a Starbucks or Morsel coffee. Overall amazing place to live in and one of the best building in Abu Dhabi
Best balconies in Abu Dhabi. Big apartments. No provision for laundry! Great staff. TERRIBLE noise! Not just construction, chiller noise from neighbour buildings 24 hours a day, constant false fire alarms from neighbour building. Access road becomes a seething toilet of young men in groups just hanging around the Starbucks. You cannot get your car in or out!
