Some of the biggest perks here are the sea-view apartments and the proximity to Yas Island, which means you're only 10 - 15 minutes away from the best events and attractions in Abu Dhabi. Its remote location is the only downside, since you need at least 30 minutes to get to the city center and you definitely need a car to live here.
