Nada A.I visit family here often, and I love how calm the area is. It's like its own little bubble because although it's on the outskirts of the city, it has literally everything: a private beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and playgrounds, so you can feel the lively atmosphere. Some of the biggest perks here are the sea-view apartments and the proximity to Yas Island, which means you're only 10 - 15 minutes away from the best events and attractions in Abu Dhabi. Its remote location is the only downside, since you need at least 30 minutes to get to the city center and you definitely need a car to live here.

Pamela C.Al muneera, is located in raha beach, which is a very calm place to live. Thix complex has access to the beach and a retail outlet where you can spend a great evening admiring the sea while you enjoy a great meal o coffee.
