I visit family here often, and I love how calm the area is. It's like its own little bubble because although it's on the outskirts of the city, it has literally everything: a private beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and playgrounds, so you can feel the lively atmosphere. Some of the biggest perks here are the sea-view apartments and the proximity to Yas Island, which means you're only 10 - 15 minutes away from the best events and attractions in Abu Dhabi. Its remote location is the only downside, since you need at least 30 minutes to get to the city center and you definitely need a car to live here.

The building is new, it has a great gym but the maintenance is terrible, the apartment we had for rent had many problems with leaks due to the air conditioning. We lived there for a year and they were never able to fix it.
