Great waterfront living with excellent amenities like Reem Central Park and nearby malls. Traffic on the bridges can be annoying during rush hour, but the convenience and vibrant community feel make it totally worth it.

Excellent peaceful area to live with surrounding waters all side. Great place with many parks and play areas for kids, family friendly, pet friendly. High rise buildings with great view.

I used to live in marina, siliveren tower, and after I moved to X1 I checked with many stuff, like building cleaning, parking is so far and in common area, advantage of the place it has supermarket, dry clean and some restaurants downstairs

Nice people around the place. JLT overall is great place to be but like much of dubai roads and parking are an issue at times
