Michael J.I've been staying in Ocean Terrace for a few years and love the location and the feeling you've escaped the city but in fact are only a few minutes away. Good layout apartments and lots of amenities.

David C.Ocean Terrace is a nice well maintained building and the closest to Abu Dhabi mainland. There is a big 25m pool on the 6th floor as well as a kids play area and BBQ areas. There is a well equipped gym as well although the equipment could benefit from being updated / replaced.The building is generally well maintained with friendly security. Access in the lifts is by access control only for extra security. There is a nice walkway behind the building next to the marina and soon to be connected to the long awaited Paragon Mall. The only down side is very limited visitor parking which is frustrating. Overall we have been here for 4 years and very happy.
