I've walked, cycled and swum here countless times and it's great to see that people are still drawn to this area's charm because it's still as lively as it was years ago. There are also several parks, including a skatepark nearby, for when you want some greenery. All in all this is a great place for families and bachelors alike, as it's walkable, centrally located, and full of amenities. The only downside is that Corniche Road does not offer freehold properties, so expats can't buy here.
