Could do with gym, pool, shops etc. Kids parks are nice and small outdoor 'gym' if you can call it that. However villas are nice, finished off nice and have a lot of storage (wardrobes in every bedroom), and a lot of living space. Roof terrace is great in winter months. Building all around at the moment so can be noisy and sandy/dusty, but when it is finished will be a great place to live.
