I lived in the building for a year. The staffs, the security and the maintenance are all up to date. It's child friendly. It's also pet friendly. There's CCTV everywhere including in the elevators. There are 2 supermarkets on the ground floor. There's a bus stop, 4 mins walk away from the building. It comes around every 25 - 30 mins, at least at the time of writing. This building is C1. So, during the day, the noise level & traffic on the street (C - series street, i.e. C1-building, C2-building, etc....) is higher compared to the street behind (B-series, where we have B5-building, B9-building, etc...). At night noise level is same. Guest parking outside the building is one issue. After around 19:30pm onwards, it gets crowded really quick. So overall, for me: - Building amenities -> 9.5 /10 - Staff/ Security -> 10 /10 - Maintenance - 10 /10 - Water & Electricity bills -> 9.5 /10 - Family friendly -> 10 /10 - Home delivery from grocery -> 6.5 -8 /10 - Parking outside after 1930pm -> 4 /10 - Internet connection & connectivity -> 10 /10 - Wait time on the lifts - > 8.5 - 9 / 10 - Delivery from city e.g., Gas delivery or Noon or Talabat - > 8 - 9.5 /10 - House rent, on average -> 8.5 - 9 /10
Pros: Spacious apartments, cheap rents, less busy, less noise, super market available. Cons: Far from main city ajman, less home delivery options available, no well maintained park and play area for kids, area is not fully developed.
