About Sweihan
Sweihan, also known as Swaihan, is an agricultural community located in Al Ain. The area was founded by the late Saif Al Mashghouni and is known for its farms, agricultural and camel breeding facilities. Sweihan is home to National Avian Research Centre (NARC), and is close to The Noor Abu Dhabi solar farm, the world's biggest single solar farm.
There are limited residential properties available for sale or rent in the area, however you can find some agricultural lands and farmhouses. Despite that, the area has access to all basic amenities such as schools, medical facilities, and shops. With regards to affordability, Sweihan offers reasonable rental rates which make it an ideal option for those looking to stay in the area without breaking their budget.
