Al Shafar Building 7

I frequently visit this location. A very under rated community of Dubai. The area is quite calm and peaceful - decent rents, but more 'old Dubai' than flashy new Dubai, even though it is one street away from Sheikh Zayed Road. A very central location and in very close proximity to major landmarks - all approximately 10 to 15 mins away! The area also has some good restaurants and great pedestrian walks.
