Karama is chaotic and crowded, but that’s part of its personality. The buildings are older, but because there’s so much demand and people are used to living here, rent can actually be expensive. The streets are packed with restaurants, cafés, salons and supermarkets, and most of it is really affordable. There’s a lot of culture in this “old Dubai” side, with Zabeel Park and Mankhool just walking distance away. Despite the crowds and noise, in my opinion, it’s still very family-friendly. It feels lively, authentic and like a real neighbourhood rather than a polished, touristy district.
What I like on this place is its easy access the everything. The building is situated near metro, supermarkets and mall. (Burjuman Mall) Care taker is good as well. It doesnt have pool or gym but its fine, not a necessity at all.
