The studio that I stay in is a huge one. It's got a separate kitchen (which again is a big one), a balcony and a toilet. Overall it looks like a 1 BHK. The size of the apartment is what I love the most. It could accommodate more than 2 people at a time. The security staff are friendly. The maintenance is prompt. Pest control is done every 6 months (free of cost). There is also under ground car parking available. The gym could improve a lot. More than half of the equipment there do not work at all! Underground parking space is just ample for a car. To get out of my car when the other car is parked beside, is a difficult task.
