Al khail heights is a closed community with around 20 buildings almost. It’s well maintained with good security. The locality is family oriented . Children have their play areas . The 2 swimming pools in the community are well maintained. Parking is systematic. No noise and peaceful place if you are looking for staying in a calm environment. I have been staying here for 7 years almost. And I cant think of moving as this place has become home :)

A good and connected community especially for families, because there are many schools available however lease from a good agent (not from small agents like Sea Panther etc.) else suffer because of maintenance and support issues.
