I visited Al Wasl some time ago and found the area pleasant. It has a nice atmosphere, with plenty of cafes and restaurants around.
I have come to notice that Al was properties is now becoming a racist especially among blacks. First time, someone came to check our apartment. It’s a family building and I live with my family,he asked for the Id
The building is new, and the level of security is great cctvs all around the property. And a 24/7 maintenance is available. Great parking area and the surrounding and ambiance is great. the proximity to basic needs like pharmacy and supermarkets is a great advantage
Flats in Al Wasl are one of the cheapest in Dubai. Properties are clean and safe. Our building in particular is near with everything especially the Lulu.
