One of the most central and vibrant locations of Dubai - mix of commercial and residential buildings. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and hotels - giving an ideal city vibe plus very close proximity to Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa! The Dubai Canal within the area is great for evening walks. The parking and traffic can get bit intense especially during peak hours. Getting around Business Bay is not always the easiest - buses are the ideal option for public transport rather than the metro as the buildings are spread out.

I live in a 3 bedroom, view is amazing ! High quality finishings.. chiller is free unlike other buildings in business bay.. guest parking is also available and free

Grade A Building on the Canal directly. No common pool for the building. Gym available

bad traffic and fighting due to the mis managed valet causing traffic and people honking constantly. no guest parking and very relaxed building maintenance
