Al Nahda has everything you need inside the area, it is densely packed with many people living there. Certain locations in Al Nahda are much better than other specially in terms of connectivity, how close you are to a bus station is very important. Living in Al Nahda depends on your priorities and lifestyle but if you pick the right building you will have a good time here
All amenities nearby like restaurants, malls, hospitals. Family friendly, many parks for kids.
The studio that I stay in is a huge one. It's got a separate kitchen (which again is a big one), a balcony and a toilet. Overall it looks like a 1 BHK. The size of the apartment is what I love the most. It could accommodate more than 2 people at a time. The security staff are friendly. The maintenance is prompt. Pest control is done every 6 months (free of cost). There is also under ground car parking available. The gym could improve a lot. More than half of the equipment there do not work at all! Underground parking space is just ample for a car. To get out of my car when the other car is parked beside, is a difficult task.
Building requires pest control, windows are very dirty, never been washed; apartment has not been cleaned properly before handing the keys over to the tenants
