One of the most central and vibrant locations of Dubai - mix of commercial and residential buildings. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and hotels - giving an ideal city vibe plus very close proximity to Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa! The Dubai Canal within the area is great for evening walks. The parking and traffic can get bit intense especially during peak hours. Getting around Business Bay is not always the easiest - buses are the ideal option for public transport rather than the metro as the buildings are spread out.

Whoever says traffic is an issue with this building must be living in a different country.. This building has the best access to everywhere in Dubai with Zero traffic! Best building in Dubai bar none on terms of safety, security, privacy and sheer elegance..

Best building in Dubai in term of privacy, gym and spa facilities, concierge and driver service. High security, access to all major roads with zero traffic. There are plenty of guest parking available and valet parking can be arranged for large events.
