Volante sits along Marasi Drive close to Al Khaleej Al Tejari 2 Street and Al A'amal St in Business Bay. From here, residents get direct access to Al Asayel Street, which helps with quick connections to Al Khail Road.
Volante Business Bay has two dedicated bus stops, Volante Dubai Tower 2 and Volante Dubai Tower 1, both within a five-minute walk. These connect to the wider RTA bus network running through Business Bay. A few stops farther along the route, U BORA Tower 1 and U BORA Tower 2 are also reachable on foot in about five to six minutes.
Because the tower sits right on the canal, the Marasi Marine Transport water service is only a few steps away, which gives you a scenic alternative for some trips.
Business Bay Metro Station on the Red Line is the closest rail link, about a five-minute drive from Volante. Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall Metro Station, also on the Red Line, is the next option and takes around six to seven minutes by car.
Taxis queue regularly outside, and apps such as Careem and Uber typically show pickup times of just a few minutes in the area.
Volante connects quickly to two major roads. Al A'amal Street runs along the western edge of Business Bay and feeds into Sheikh Zayed Road within minutes. Marasi Drive follows the Dubai Water Canal and links to Al Khail Road for southbound trips.
Residents park in the tower's underground car park, with two or four spaces per home and a separate area for guests. For parking beyond the building itself, paid parking is available right next to the building at Intercontinental Residence Suites, about a two-minute walk away. VIP Parking Control offers valet service nearby, and Artin Car Park Rental sits within a two-minute walk as well.
From Volante, Dubai Mall is roughly a ten-minute drive, and DIFC takes about a fourteen-minute drive, depending on traffic. Dubai International Airport is typically reachable in about 15 minutes via E11.
I’ve spent a fair amount of time around Business Bay and it’s one of those areas that looks exactly how you’d expect Dubai to look - sleek, central, and always a bit on the go. Location-wise, it’s hard to fault. You’re minutes from everything includes the likes of Downtown, DIFC, Sheikh Zayed Road, and almost next door to The Dubai Mall, which is obviously one of the biggest highlights of the city. Getting around is pretty seamless overall, and public transport is a big plus here: metros, buses, and cabs are all easily available, so you’re not fully reliant on a car. What’s interesting about Business Bay is that while it’s very work-driven, it’s also quite residential, so you get a mix of both. There are loads of cafés, gyms, and restaurants, and the canal side is genuinely a highlight, especially in the cooler months when it’s great for a walk or even cycling. That said, it can feel a little… transactional. A lot of people are there for work, so it doesn’t always have that strong “community” vibe. Traffic can also be a bit chaotic during peak hours, and depending on the building, quality really varies; some are great, others not so much. Overall, it works really well if you want convenience, connectivity, and that polished city feel, with the added bonus of actually being able to live there and not just work there.

Business Bay Peak hour traffic is really a challenge to get out of business bay, the metro is always crowded, for families and bachelors its ideal for being the middle of the city and burj views

Business Bay is Dubai’s thriving commercial and mixed-use hub, offering a dynamic environment for both work and lifestyle. Known for its modern skyline, it is home to numerous offices, corporate headquarters, and business centers, making it one of the city’s prime destinations for professionals and entrepreneurs. The community also features high-rise residential towers, stylish apartments, and waterfront promenades along the Dubai Canal, creating a live-work-play environment. Residents enjoy a variety of dining, retail, and leisure options, with easy access to Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa, and other key areas. Connectivity is excellent, with major roads and metro access ensuring smooth commuting. However, as a central business district, the area can experience traffic congestion during peak hours, and rental rates tend to be on the higher side. Overall, Business Bay is ideal for those seeking a modern, urban lifestyle in close proximity to Dubai’s commercial and entertainment core.

One of the most central and vibrant locations of Dubai - mix of commercial and residential buildings. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and hotels - giving an ideal city vibe plus very close proximity to Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa! The Dubai Canal within the area is great for evening walks. The parking and traffic can get bit intense especially during peak hours. Getting around Business Bay is not always the easiest - buses are the ideal option for public transport rather than the metro as the buildings are spread out.

The big problem is no parking for guest, no area for waiting car

The worst thing about the building is the parking and traffic
