It’s ideal for families with children and pets, as well as for individuals who prefer a quiet, peaceful environment. The community features the Trump International Golf Club, expansive parks, a variety of restaurants and cafés, and multiple grocery stores and mini-marts. It is conveniently located between major roads, including Al Qudra Road and Hessa Street, providing easy connectivity. Overall, DAMAC Hills is one of Dubai’s most popular villa communities.

Abhi S.Damac Hills feels like a completely different side of Dubai compared with most of the city. It’s very green, calm, and feels a lot more family‑centric and pet‑friendly than the busier urban areas. The community is well kept, security feels solid, and there’s a real effort put into maintenance and standard of life around you. It’s definitely a car‑dependent place. There’s no metro access nearby, so commuting to central areas easily takes 30 to 40 minutes on most days, and getting around without a car isn’t very realistic. The villas and townhouses are spacious, many with golf or landscaped views, which makes the whole area feel open and relaxed. Overall, Damac Hills gives off a calm, green, residential vibe that feels very different from the busier parts of Dubai.

Anna K.I have been living in this building for 2 years. 2 years ago Damac began construction of a Community center. Construction has not yet been completed. For electricity, Damac uses noisy generators that operate around the clock. Damac ignores all complaints. Therefore, if you are looking for a quiet place to live, then this building is not your choice.
