It offers a premium urban lifestyle with easy-access to the Burj Khailfa, Dubai Mall and a variety of restaurants & cafes. The area is vibrant and perfect for both families and professionals. The only downside is it gets busy with tourists, especially during weekends.

I have lived in several buildings in Downtown for many years. I have a 2 bedroom apartment in the Lofts West and have found it to be a delightful building to live in. The amenities are some of the best in Downtown, especially the pool.

No free parking spaces for visitors.maintenance and staffs are very active.

Great proximity to the DIFC and fantastic views of the Burj Khalifa. Squash courts, excellent gym and two great pools.

Excellent facilities in a prime location. Driving can be a bit tedious due to traffic on the boulevard but plenty of cabs available at all times
