23 Marina Tower is a 62-storey luxury residential tower located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai Marina. As of 2024, it’s the 4th tallest building in Dubai and the UAE, and among the top 10 tallest residential buildings in the world.
The tower was so popular that 79% of it was sold before construction began. 23 Marina embodies luxury with its 57 swimming pools, duplex apartments with private elevators, and stunning views.
The tower was developed by Hircon International; construction began in October 2006 and was completed in May 2012.
23 Marina Tower is 392 meters (1289 ft) tall and has a variety of high-rise properties, from 2 and 3-bedroom apartments to 4-bedroom duplexes that have private elevators.
The building is designed in an octagon shape with a 6-storey podium entry hall. The exterior includes white and blue cladding, as well as aluminum and blue tinted glass.
