Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult. Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February. If you understand the pros and cons of it.

Dubai Marina has both residential and commercial buildings and offices. Most of the popular companies are located in Dubai Marina. It has people from all around the world, you could experience different culture. Dubai Marina is good for relaxing around the water in cafes and restaurants. It is nearby to Marina mall, Nakheel mall, Palm Jumeriah, JLT, Blue water Island and JBR. Metro, tram and bus facilities are available. Not much parks for the kids to play but most of the residential buildings has swimming pool and play areas. Nice view of ships and cruise around. Views are amazing from the balconies of most of the buildings. Main tech hubs are situated here. People who wish to have peaceful, greenery place might not like this busy area.

Very lively and vibrant area! The Marina Walk/Promenade is the highlight of this community, with beautiful walking path along the marina harbour. This community has great restaurants across all cuisines. Weather gets windy during evening (non-summer months). Ample places for families to stroll, walk and enjoy. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus. The community is very diverse with residents (and tourists) from all over the globe which adds to unique touch. Highlight recommended for young professionals and new families

Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Dubai Marina is a lively and vibrant place to live. Walking around the Marina during the early dawn or in the evening feels quite surreal. Marina Walk has plenty of places to eat, drink, and spend time with friends, making it a great spot to unwind, especially since it feels removed from the city’s usual traffic and noise. The area is very convenient, with easy access to malls, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.

Highly recommended to be renting long term. The quality is great and has high quality amenities/facilities. It’s like staying in a hotel. View is stunning if you get an apartment facing Marina. It’s a new building no there’s almost no issues in the property. Many tourists love staying in this building

Been living in this building for 3 years now. Located at the heart of the Marina, and next to the szr highway. No traffic anymore since 2 months now as they have opened a new road which has direct access to szr. Profile of people living in this building are corporate professionals and tourists. The apartment is beautiful and good quality compared to other buildings in Marina. Very convenient with supermarket, cafe and beauty salons around. Guest parking also available. High quality amenities/facilities. Developer is select group, one of the top developers in Dubai. That’s why the building is top notch

Select Group has one of the best finishings for apartments in Dubai and Studio One is one of theirs. The apartments are relaxing and have plenty of light all throughout the day. The traffic used to be bad but since the exit at the end of Al Seba st was opened, it is no more an issue. Although it is a little bit noisy because of the highway next to it, still it is not a major issue. We are enjoying our time at Studio One for more than 1,5 years.

Building has great facilities, feels like a high end property inside the apartments. Has a proper Gym. The newly opened exit to Sheikh Zayed road behind the building has solved all previous traffic queues. Marina walk in front of the building and a big grocery store next to the building.Best French bakery in town next to the building as well.
