I’ve lived in this building for 2 years and fire alarm training and testing often goes un-announced. Elevator issues once or twice a month. It’s tolerable but can be a lot better

Noisy place to stay, children screaming from morning to night playing in the building entrance. Infested by cockroaches, you'll see them crawling everywhere in building. Security don't bother themselves to speak to children to lower their voice. Terrible place, am waiting to finish my contract and move.

A few minutes away from the nice City Centre mall. Well-maintained building. One of the best prices/quality/locations in Dubai. Very good location, close to the main roads.

IMPZ used to be a ghost town but there's all sorts going on now! Sadly this has seen the traffic go from blissful to horrific during mornings and evenings. The pool in the Crescent is a bit rubbish because it barely gets any sunlight, however the building itself is well maintained and having lived there on and off for the last 10 years I've never really experienced any big issues. Location wise you are so close to major roads that can take you anywhere in Dubai within 20 minutes (traffic permitting) and there's a mall right on your doorstep. One drawback is that the building is district cooling and I am convinced they just make up the bills each month. Oh, and Damac make you pay for a parking space - even if it's just 1.
