However, the gym and pool facilities are just average, and getting in and out of the area during peak traffic hours can be frustrating.

A lot of flying insects and mosquitoes and management don’t care about this issue, no available parking spaces and busy at all the time. Quality wise - I can hear from my apartment how my neighbors are flashing their toilets
