Being one of oldest building, building has been very very poorly maintained. lifts, corridors, receptions, all looks like abandoned since handover. you enter into lift, you will hear so many noises coming out of its doors, and elevation scary noise. No surprise, why the apartments are so cheap in this building.

Cozy, great value for money. Conveniently located near cricket stadium and exit off of sheikh Mohammad Ben zayed. Quiet area, with carrefour express close by for delivery, 5 minute drive to motor city and even less to reach huge fit republik gym facilities. Would recommend.
