Sarah B.I’m living in JVC for 3 years now and it’s a great place to live if you are looking for apartments with good value for money. JVC is located near Al Khail Road meaning approximately 20 minutes from Dowtown, around 15 minutes from Marina, around 10 minutes from Dubai Hills Mall, so it’s a well located community. Few downsides I noticed are that it’s a non-pedestrian area so really difficult to go for a walk and a lot of traffic at the exits due to very few exits available unfortunately.

Omar R.JVC is one of my favorite if not my absolute favorite communities in Dubai, entry and exit are crowded during peak hours, but what area is not facing the same nowadays in Dubai! I loved the green spaces, multiple parks (including Dog Parks) and a shopping mall with a cinema and a big hyper market. Walking is very much encouraged, and services are around every corner.

Mahmoud N.I’ve visited JVC multiple times while considering it for investment. The community itself is well planned, family-friendly, and has good walkability, greenery, and parks, which makes it appealing from a lifestyle point of view. however, connectivity is still a challenge. Commute times can be inconvenient, sometimes or actually most of times ,and relying on a car is almost mandatory. Another downside is the ongoing construction across many parts of the community, which impacts noise levels and overall calmness. From an investment perspective, the price versus value didn’t fully justify the decision yet, given the commute and construction factors. Overall, it’s a good community with strong potential, but still needs time to mature.

Ahmad E.Florence 2 offers one of the largest square footage offerings in JVC. Well maintained and security and management are strict but fair. Guests will find a bit of trouble trying to get parking, but will enjoy having access to multiple parks within walking distance. The rooftop area is great for good weather nights, with 2 grills available to use.

Moshiour R.We completed 1 year in our Home in UAE. When we started to look to buy 1bhk we visited lots of new buildings in JVC but we loved this unit in Florence 2. Spacious Bedroom and Big Kitchen. We have all required the facilities. Strict but friendly security. quick response from the maintenance team. temperature-controlled pool, and friendly lifeguard. well-maintained common area. The rooftop area is well maintained, a nice place for BBQ and small gatherings. 2 min a drive from JSS School. 2 min a drive from JVC Circle Mall, 1 min from the park, and 50 min from the Bus stop, we have 3 restaurants, 2 Gents salons, 2 pharmacies, and 3 mini-marts within 300 Meters. Tuscan Residences, Florence 2 in JVC is just my Home Away from Home.

Warren B.This is a well maintained building with friendly but strict security to take care of you and your family. You will really feel that your flat is secured when you're at work or at school. The facilities are amazing as pool has controlled temperature, a very clean shared gym and swimming pool with an attentive lifeguard. Restaurants, salon and grocery stores are just perfectly located within and around the building which is very accessible for me and my family, oh! and I have friendly neighborhood too. I don't have to worry on my transportation as Bus stop is just right across my building and taxis are everywhere... how cool is that? I don't have any issues driving around the community as my house is located near the entrance and exit of JVC. I'm really glad that I found this gem inside this community. I'm sure that my daughter and my sister are very happy and I feel safe that they're just at home enjoying the amenities and the views from our balcony. You want to enjoy your domestic and social life too? Yalla! Tuscan Residences, Florence 2 in JVC is just right for you.
