If you’re looking for a family-friendly and pet-friendly community that’s safe and the perfect size, look no further than Arabian Ranches 2. We absolutely love living here. The community strikes a great balance as it’s spacious with fantastic amenities, but not so large that it loses its neighbourhood feel. My boys can play safely around the community with their friends, which is something we really value as a family. One of the best parts of living here is the strong sense of community. We’ve made so many great friends, and it truly feels like a neighbourhood where people look out for each other. With beautiful green spaces, parks, pools and walking paths, plus being very pet-friendly, it’s a wonderful place to live and raise a family. Oh and there's a great Souk as well, with a Cafe Bateel, Pauls, a Virgin Store, Carluccio's and a gorgeous little gift store just outside the Carrefour if you need to buy little trinkets of gifts. Wouldn't live anywhere else in Dubai.

TomAscott Park Place is probably one of the finest residential buildings in Dubai. It's built to the finest standards with luxury quality fittings and materials. Apartments are well designed with lots of natural light and with a modern contemporary design. The amenities including the gym and pool are luxurious and extremely well maintained as is the entire building. All maintenance is free of charge and the security and concierge staff are professional, friendly and every ready to assist tenants. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rolex to anyone looking for luxurious accommodations in this part of Dubai.

VladislavI love this hotel apartment, you have everything you need. The metro is right next to the property, so it is easy to get around Dubai, while staying at this property I didn't even have to use my car. The staff are well trained and always ready help, so thank you guys for making my stay at Ascott Park so memorable, I would personally like to thank "Ariene" she is the guest service supervisor at Ascott.
