If you’re looking for a family-friendly and pet-friendly community that’s safe and the perfect size, look no further than Arabian Ranches 2. We absolutely love living here. The community strikes a great balance as it’s spacious with fantastic amenities, but not so large that it loses its neighbourhood feel. My boys can play safely around the community with their friends, which is something we really value as a family. One of the best parts of living here is the strong sense of community. We’ve made so many great friends, and it truly feels like a neighbourhood where people look out for each other. With beautiful green spaces, parks, pools and walking paths, plus being very pet-friendly, it’s a wonderful place to live and raise a family. Oh and there's a great Souk as well, with a Cafe Bateel, Pauls, a Virgin Store, Carluccio's and a gorgeous little gift store just outside the Carrefour if you need to buy little trinkets of gifts. Wouldn't live anywhere else in Dubai.

Rohit S.Maze is a very beautiful building and they have great customer services. The building is very well maintained by the management. Of course, they maintain a quality in the building not only for maintenance and services but in choosing a tenant as well. Management screen every profile before they lease an apartment to a client. It is good to deal directly with the landlord's representative on 050 966 2294 rather than dealing with an agent or broker. The only negative for this building is they have an no pet policy.

Fadi S.Maze Tower is one of the best mix use buildings in Dubai. It's built to the finest standards with luxury quality fittings and materials. Apartments are well designed with lots of natural light, balconies and with a modern contemporary design. The amenities including the gym and pool are luxurious and extremely well maintained as is the entire building. All maintenance is free of charge and the security staff are very professional, friendly and ever-ready to assist tenants. I would wholeheartedly recommend Maze Tower to anyone looking for a great property in this DIFC or SZR side of Dubai.

Andrew J.Amazing finishes, great maintenance, very fast and efficient. Well-equipped gym. Beautiful pool. The best of the building is the full floor indoor garden on 27th floor. On the minus side you can't have any pets.

HussainBuilding itself is quite nice.....good sized apartments and well maintained. Traffic around DIFC and SZR can be quite bad especially during the evenings on weekdays. Pool and gym are very nice and high quality. The worst thing about this building is the management. They have absolutely no regard and care for tenants or their rights. Feedback is rarely acknowledged or taken action on and most policies are in favour of the landlord rather than the tenants. They will also try and subtract ridiculous charges from your security deposit for normal wear and tear! Lesson learnt....stay away from Al Rotamani Properties.

TomThe Good Appartments are well finished and of a high quality. Some units have good natural light, others not so much. Most are well laid out. High quality appliances. Maintenance team which is outsourced is very good and helpful with all issues. The gym is well equipped but ageing slightly. Pool is decent but has very odd timings, closing by 8pm. The bad The management of the building is not particularly tuned to the needs of tenants and are unhelpful at times. There is no concierge service, even though similar other buildings offer this service. Residential parking is on the higher floors of the parking structure. So you have to go up 10 floors to park. There is absolutely no guest parking for even short periods. Overall in this price range they are many other buildings which offer better services.
