The buzz of the neighbourhood is great - there's always energy, whether you're heading out for a morning coffee or an evening stroll. The Marina Walk is a genuine highlight, and the sheer variety of restaurants, cafés and shops on your doorstep is hard to beat. For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers. The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Dubai Marina is a lively and vibrant place to live. Walking around the Marina during the early dawn or in the evening feels quite surreal. Marina Walk has plenty of places to eat, drink, and spend time with friends, making it a great spot to unwind, especially since it feels removed from the city’s usual traffic and noise. The area is very convenient, with easy access to malls, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.

Lived here for almost 8 years. Always stayed in Marina for the last 15 years, but fell in love with the Al Majara community. As it is Emaar the public areas are large and well maintained. The location is perfect in relation to the main road as well as Marina Mall. Highly recommend.

Me and my wife bought a nice 2 bed about a year ago. They upgraded the guest parking recently and continue to improve the buildings. We really enjoy the building and it'd location. Highly recommend living here.

Love it here! We recently bought a 3 bedroom with marina view and enjoying the sunsets is amazing. Community is super and easy to move around to the key places around the marina and to the main highway.

Emaar has been stepping up with making renovations to the community. Long needed. It really looks great now. We lived here since 2016 and it's just getting better now that changes to the guest parking and facilities are being made. GYM is one of the best features with full marina view and recently renewed equipment.
