Bay Central is a mixed-use development in Dubai Marina. Comprising three towers, the Central Tower, West Tower, and the East Tower, Bay Central Dubai Marina offers a blend of residential and hospitality experiences.

Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult. Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February. If you understand the pros and cons of it.

Dubai Marina has both residential and commercial buildings and offices. Most of the popular companies are located in Dubai Marina. It has people from all around the world, you could experience different culture. Dubai Marina is good for relaxing around the water in cafes and restaurants. It is nearby to Marina mall, Nakheel mall, Palm Jumeriah, JLT, Blue water Island and JBR. Metro, tram and bus facilities are available. Not much parks for the kids to play but most of the residential buildings has swimming pool and play areas. Nice view of ships and cruise around. Views are amazing from the balconies of most of the buildings. Main tech hubs are situated here. People who wish to have peaceful, greenery place might not like this busy area.

Very lively and vibrant area! The Marina Walk/Promenade is the highlight of this community, with beautiful walking path along the marina harbour. This community has great restaurants across all cuisines. Weather gets windy during evening (non-summer months). Ample places for families to stroll, walk and enjoy. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus. The community is very diverse with residents (and tourists) from all over the globe which adds to unique touch. Highlight recommended for young professionals and new families

The buzz of the neighbourhood is great - there's always energy, whether you're heading out for a morning coffee or an evening stroll. The Marina Walk is a genuine highlight, and the sheer variety of restaurants, cafés and shops on your doorstep is hard to beat. For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers. The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Dubai Marina is a lively and vibrant place to live. Walking around the Marina during the early dawn or in the evening feels quite surreal. Marina Walk has plenty of places to eat, drink, and spend time with friends, making it a great spot to unwind, especially since it feels removed from the city’s usual traffic and noise. The area is very convenient, with easy access to malls, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.

The tower is very well maintained compared to many other buildings in the Marina, and the pool area is fabulous (one big pool, one shaded children's pool & even a spa), gets the sun for more than half a day and is clean. The gym is well-equipped, with good view on 49th floor and always tidy. One definite advantage of living at Bay central is that you have a direct access to the Promenade, where the tower also has a ZOOM Supermarket now and the sea and the Walk area is a 5-10 minute stroll.

Location is most loved, as many places in a nearby vicinity (JBR Walk, Marina mall, restaurants and bars, beach). Guest parking need improvement, as available vallet parking for cafes didn't left any place for visitors to park even for few minutes.

The location is really good if you don't have to drive on weekends. The walls in the apartments are thin, I hear my neighbours baby crying everday and kids playing/ screaming in the lift aerea. Kitchen is very dated and not nice to work in.

I love the swimming pool of the property and the view and finishing is also lovely. The location is also perfect and the security is good but there is parking problem of visitors

Location is very good. Parking is OK. Gym is OK. Pool is very good. Central tower reception through the car park not so nice. Traffic is much better than anywhere in the marina
