Marina Walk has plenty of places to eat, drink, and spend time with friends, making it a great spot to unwind, especially since it feels removed from the city’s usual traffic and noise. The area is very convenient, with easy access to malls, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.

Recently things got very much changed.Apartment is well maintained.Previously there were issues but now a days management acted well on it I am very much satisfied with new look . Located next to metro and the area around is spectacular.Almaya supermarket and MMI is located on the ground floor of the building and also guest parking is there..

I have lived there in the past 2 years and i have to say the overall building maintenance is drastically improved! The location is very conveniente , 2 super markets is attached to the building ! One is 24/7 which is plus ! cheap laundry at the door step ! And the building is surrounded by plenty of café& restaurants with tasty foods. Very close to the metro station easily reach jumeirah beach by walk and very close to marina mall & marina walk which is a plus to enjoy in spare time . The building is very well maintained right now. My apartment is also very cleaned and well maintained. Cozy and sweet . Very secure building with experience security team. spacious parking space. Overall I recommend it to people who like to live in dubai marina and looking for affordable leasing price .

Pool is not working for 2 months. Gym doesn't have treadmills, half of equipment is closed, cracked elements. No child area. Bad quality of balcony doors. You can hear all the Sheikh Zayed Rd. noises even with it closed. A lot of noises.

There is often a strange odor in the room, either coming from the air conditioning vent or emanating from the toilet drain. I frequently open the room door and windows for ventilation, but there is still a strong, unpleasant smell that is discomforting.

The corridors are always leaking and ceiling gypsum has become black from leakage. Swimming pool is not maintained well and dirts are everywhere around the swimming pool. Tiles are broken and never replaced. Gym is very poor all equipment are broken and useless. Looks like Service fees are not used to fix these issues. I called Land department they said this building does not have proper building management as the owner Al Fardan owns most of the units and he is not following the standards.

i lived in this building. it's very close to the metro ,to almaya supermarket , to many restaurants in marina and jbr. very big balcony with nice view on jlt. two amazing swimmingpool and a confortable gym.
