Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Marina Walk has plenty of places to eat, drink, and spend time with friends, making it a great spot to unwind, especially since it feels removed from the city’s usual traffic and noise. The area is very convenient, with easy access to malls, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.

The views of marina from the building are outstanding. The building has everything- proximity to metro & tram, easy exit to SZR, close to amazing restaurants on marina walk. Building staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Building is top notch and stands out from any other diamond buildings

View! View! View!!! and location! location! location!. Not many can match what this building has to offer in terms of well maintained building with exceptional views and one of the best locations in marina with easy exits to sheikh payed road and elsewhere.
