The buzz of the neighbourhood is great - there's always energy, whether you're heading out for a morning coffee or an evening stroll. The Marina Walk is a genuine highlight, and the sheer variety of restaurants, cafés and shops on your doorstep is hard to beat. For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers. The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Dubai Marina is a lively and vibrant place to live. Walking around the Marina during the early dawn or in the evening feels quite surreal. Marina Walk has plenty of places to eat, drink, and spend time with friends, making it a great spot to unwind, especially since it feels removed from the city’s usual traffic and noise. The area is very convenient, with easy access to malls, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.

Very noisy tower, delivery service trucks come and go whenever they want, doesn’t matter if its during a deep night or not. Clamorous traffic around doesn’t help it either. Walls inside aren’t insulated enough, you hear your neighbours what they are up to, stopping you from sleep properly. Had I known that all before I would ve never moved in here. Unfortunately have to stay here for a while until my tenancy expires, cant wait. Location is so so, indeed its a heart of marina and amenites are at hand, but getting to that place easily is a nightmare considering gridlocked streets around, not to mention public parkings available and no guest parking available. Don’t recommend Silverene at all .

Amazing location, very clean and well maintained. The whole team from the reception to the security are very friendly and polite. Is ideally located for best access to Marina Promenade, Dubai Marina Mall and Carrefour and even across the bridge to hottest spot in JBR. No traffic to get in / out. High quality construction and finishing, apartments are full of light, well isolated (heat, noise, dust). Definitely first choice on buildings in Dubai Marina.

Love the fact that I am walking distance to the beach/marina mall/metro/superstore. Easy access to sheikh zayed which avoids all traffic. Very well maintained building, with super helpful management.
