Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Dubai Marina is a lively and vibrant place to live. Walking around the Marina during the early dawn or in the evening feels quite surreal. Marina Walk has plenty of places to eat, drink, and spend time with friends, making it a great spot to unwind, especially since it feels removed from the city’s usual traffic and noise. The area is very convenient, with easy access to malls, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.

The location within marina is amazing, less than 2 mins walk from JBR beach, right on marina with lots of nice restaurants and perfect for nice walks. The traffic is not bad at all for this area, easy to get in and out of marina with just one traffic light stop. Next to the tram as well. Security are nice and friendly. Building is well maintained, easy parking. Nice pool and gym overlooking marina. Lifts are quick and not long as not that many floors for a marina building

Amazing location, in front of JBR 2 tram statlon, direct access to Marina Walk from back door, 300 meters to JBR beach, the lowest trafflc area of Marina (entry from last exlt ln Shelk Zayed Road). Incredible Marina views especially if you have 10 series. Fantastlc gyn wlth modern equipments , amazing marina view from gym and pool. Fantastic security and building maintenance team. Living here since 6 years; couldn’t be more happy.

I have been living in this tower for 5 years till now, honestly the tower is super clean, very good interior design and always being renovated (like Gym,Sauna, Steam, Reception...). It is actually located just in front of tram stop "JBR2" and 5 mins walk towards to the metro station "DMCC". In addition, it is directly facing the Marina Walk, while is just 2 mins walk across the street towards JBR walk! Indeed it has a very quiet environment, very friendly staff, very understanding and open-minded! I am quite sad to see one of the reviews here criticizing the staff! Those people work all day hard, earn less salary but smile to your face and say thank you! they are humble, friendly and polite. I guess the problem not in them with all my respect!

Moved in 6 months ago and love the location. On the Marina side and it’s quiet. Friendly security and brand new gym, never had an issue with guest parking
