For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers. The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Dubai Marina is a lively and vibrant place to live. Walking around the Marina during the early dawn or in the evening feels quite surreal. Marina Walk has plenty of places to eat, drink, and spend time with friends, making it a great spot to unwind, especially since it feels removed from the city’s usual traffic and noise. The area is very convenient, with easy access to malls, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.

This is an outstanding building. We moved here six months ago and couldn’t be happier. Direct access to the Marina for morning jogs or evening walks amazing views of the whole Marina. The maintenance staff are super helpful and the building is very well maintained. Kids love the pool. The gym could be a little bit better but I guess you can’t get everything. Overall great place to live for families in the Marina.

I lived here for half a year and I can say overall it is a great tower. Pros- good quality, nice staff, close to metro/tram and SZR. Pool is great (good views) and the gym is not bad. Cons - if you live on the lower floors you will hear the cars clipping the plastic joint on the bridge constantly all night. If you live in the apartments facing the marina then I believe the mosque might annoy you if you are a light sleeper.

Fantastic building, superbly maintained lots of parking, very close walking distance to metro, no JBR traffic, beautiful views. 3 bedroom plus Nanny room, two parking spaces, storage room in underground parking.

An outstanding residence right on the promenade with great views of the marina. A great place to live and raise a family. Try and fnd a larger size apartment here (over 3000 sq ft) if you can, as these are in limited supply and in high demand.

Trident Bayside is a wonderful tower as it posses all the qualities of a great development. The location is just perfect. Its right in the beginning of Marina and very close to metro station. The building has amazing restaurants right below it and apartmetns have beautiful views of Marina. The infinity pool and gym are worldclass. Its a perfect size development and have an amazing guest lobby,

Great tower, good for families, fabulous view of Marina. No traffic near to Metro & Tram. Great pool and nice gym, friendly and helpful security & maintenance people, overall very nice
