As a new homeowner, I like the place, the building was well maintained, chiller free, very spacious cut of apartments. Personal access keys to tenants and home-owners are provided. Security is alert. Ambiance are very good. The management is responding quick when emailed or called. Pool was refurbished. There is a separate gym for women and men. Common toilets, sauna and jacuzzi are available. Cleaned common areas. Mixed of nationalities in the building. Neighborhood are good.

I lived for a year in Olympic park 4 and my family loved it due to being very spacious, well maintained and very good facilities Very good location and has access to many areas and roads

Very spacious apartments with great views over Victory Park and the Els Golf course. Older building with good location. Pool on the roof with Sauna, jacuzzi and showers. Family friendly

I can rate 3 stars for this building, its good for family, bedroom sizes are good, but its a bit old and need to work more on renovation and change the Ventilation system.
