we lived sports city Stadium point building own apartment.But some thing after we bought it Not happy .There is no play area for kids or Swimming pool !!! Maintenance also very Bad !

Perfect for couples or young family. The view is fabulous. The building is quiet and clean.

Lifts have been out of service for 2 weeks now. And it seems they are not making any effort to rectify this. No swimming pool Very small gym which allows maintenance workers to use the showers! Fire alarm has constant issues and is regularly ringing in the middle of the night and early morning. Overpriced rent. Definitely not worth the money

The building has no positives. The elevators have constant issues and so is the gas connections. Had to climb 5 levels once when DEWA disconnected the power supply to the building. The meter reading for gas connection was not taken for months together resulting in accumulation of the amount due. the agent had promised us that the swimming pool was upcoming but its nowhere in the making since two years.
